Wen Jye
“Her journey commenced at the tender age of six.”
Wen Jye, founder and creative director of #DRW, possesses an impressive background in the world of dance. Her enchanting journey commenced at a tender age of 6, when she first embarked upon the captivating path of dance. In 2007, she proudly obtained a Diploma in Dance from the esteemed LASALLE College of the Arts.
Ballet has always held a special place in Wen Jye's heart, and her dedication to this exquisite art form is exemplified by her exceptional accomplishments. She has garnered Distinctions in her Royal Academy of Dance Graded and Vocational Examinations.
As a passionate Ballerina, Wen Jye has taken on the role of a Mentor for the RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies. Her dedication extends to her affiliation with the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD Australia), where she serves as a teaching member.
In recent years, fueled by newfound inspiration in her teaching career, Wen Jye has not only mentored aspiring young dancers but has also demonstrated her artistry as a choreographer. Her remarkable choreographed pieces have triumphed in various prestigious competitions, solidifying her reputation as a visionary in the realm of dance.

Samantha
Ballet Instructor · RAD Registered Teacher
Samantha holds a RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and is a RAD Registered Teacher. She started teaching in 2010, working with children from age 3 and above. Trained in Classical Ballet with performing experience in Contemporary dance, her love for young children led her into a teaching career.
Wei Shan
Ballet Instructor
Wei Shan holds a Diploma in Dance from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), where she spent most of her study focusing on classical ballet. She began teaching in 2018 and works with kids aged 4 and above, guiding young students along the best path of their dance journey.
Chloe
Modern Jazz & Lyrical Instructor
Chloe is a highly skilled dancer who has practised ballet since the age of three under the RAD, and also trained in modern jazz and lyrical dance under the CSTD. She has participated in dance competitions, taught young learners, and is currently coaching DRW elites for competition while pursuing a solo career.
Roseanne
Ballet Instructor
Roseanne has been dancing ballet for over 17 years. She began her training at NAFA and continued at the Singapore Ballet Academy, where she attained the highest level of the RAD, Advanced 2 Vocational. She has performed lead roles in productions such as Gulnara in Le Corsaire, Fairy Doll and Firebird, and brings that depth of experience to every class.
Jinia
Hip Hop & Contemporary Instructor
Jinia is a versatile dancer who began training in Hip Hop and Contemporary dance at age 13. She pursued her dance education at NAFA, mainly in Ballet and Contemporary, where she discovered her passion for choreography. Jinia has performed and competed in various street dance events, including Super 24 and RPR.
