Wen Jye (Founder & Creative director)
Wen Jye, founder and creative director of #DRW, possesses an impressive background in the world of dance. Her enchanting journey commenced at a tender age of 6, when she first embarked upon the captivating path of dance. In 2007, she proudly obtained a Diploma in Dance from the esteemed LASALLE College of the Arts.
Ballet has always held a special place in Wen Jye's heart, and her dedication to this exquisite art form is exemplified by her exceptional accomplishments. She has garnered Distinctions in her Royal Academy of Dance Graded and Vocational Examinations.
As a passionate Ballerina, Wen Jye has taken on the role of a Mentor for the RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies. Her dedication extends to her affiliation with the Commonwealth Society of Teachers of Dancing (CSTD Australia), where she serves as a teaching member.
In recent years, fueled by newfound inspiration in her teaching career, Wen Jye has not only mentored aspiring young dancers but has also demonstrated her artistry as a choreographer. Her remarkable choreographed pieces have triumphed in various prestigious competitions, solidifying her reputation as a visionary in the realm of dance.

Samantha holds a RAD Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies and is a RAD Registered Teacher. She started teaching in 2010 and has experience in teaching children from age 3 and above. She is trained in Classical Ballet and has performing experience in Contemporary dance. Her love for young children led her into a teaching career.

Wei Shan holds a Diploma in Dance from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA). She has spent most time during her study focusing on classical ballet. She then started teaching in 2018 and has experience in teaching kids with age 4 and above. With her deep experience in Classical Ballet, it will definitely help her students steer in the best path of their dance journey.
